My grandson and I just returned from our fourth stay at the Inn. We return each time because its right on the water (we always have surfboards),with wonderful and helpful staff, excellent home-made muffins and quiches for breakfast (and fresh fruit, bagles galore) and fascinating guests who mingle at the evening happy hours. Did I mention that the breakfasts and... More

The staff is awesome ... View from balcony great ... And it is just a totally cool place! Second time there ... This year we stayed in the deluxe room ... And although we loved it last year .. The more spacious room was nice for a longer stay ... The breakfast was great .. We make the breakfast cupcakes... More

My husband and I just spent three delightful nights at the Inn. It was recommended to us so decided to try it. We were very pleased. The Inn Is very tastefully decorated and makes you feel like you're in a home. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. There is wine and cheese served in the early evening... More

Found this place to be clean and comfortable with very good staff. The place is older but has been well kept up though the rooms are small. The bathrooms are very small but it was clean and we'll turned over by the staff each day. The air conditioner was noisy but it did the job. You could keep sides of... More

My wife, two nieces, age 7, and I flew into Orlando the day before our cruise and decided to stay in Cocoa Beach. Looking at the reviews, I wanted to stay in a smaller, old-fashioned property rather than the cookie-cutter chain alternatives. This is truly an Inn; it has intimacy and personality. The staff were friendly and well informed; our... More

This was a refreshing experience in relaxation and accommodations. The Inn mimics a bed and breakfast, with the warmth and friendliness being unbelievable. The rooms are all different, yet gives that cozy feel with up to date amenities. Cannot say enough about the fresh breakfast; eggs, fresh bread, bagels, coffee, etc. Wonderful outdoor pool, and the Atlantic Ocean just steps... More

We were only able to stay one night but it was very nice. The service was great, and people were very friendly. Breakfast was served, and we had nice seating inside and out. The fresh baked blueberry bread was tasty and was served with fresh fruit, egg and spinach muffin, juice and coffee or tea. Just right for us! Thanks... More

Beautifully decorated standard King room with ocean front and pool view. Loved all of the obvious upgrades like mexican-style tiled glass shower (who needs a bathtub in a hotel??) and great sliding glass doors onto private balcony. The pool area was like a special place of our own complete with hammock. Breakfast is light and perfect. Wine and a few... More

This place has everything going for it. Fantastic location, great staff and very well run indeed. Great thought has been put into this place, from the fresh flowers dotted around to the delightful soirée each evening. Coffee, tea etc always available. Very well stocked honour bar. The only comment I would make is that it would be nice to have... More

I stayed here for one night on March 8 to March 9, my experience was beyond awful. The management here is disrespectful, and judgmental. My fiance and I stayed in room 101 where we found boogers on the wall in the bathroom along with blood splatters on the wall in the bathroom. We found black hair in the soap dish... More

The guest brought us dirty sheets at 3 a.m. in the evening after being in the room for several hours. The sheets had fresh blood stains, red! The guests were given clean sheets for their room. In the a.m. when the guests came to the front desk, they made other accusations about the room in a loud and discourteous manor... More
