We choose this B & B while visiting Cocoa Beach over my husband's Spring Softball Training Camp, Instead of a larger host hotel saying they were "right on the beach". Our Inn was soooo quiet, nice little breakfast in a pleasant dining room opening onto a garden with a fountain. Through a gate and onto a boardwalk-You r right on... More

The Inn is an older establishment. I belive the two story building, where we stayed was built in the sixties. It connects with the larger and newer section. Having said that, the rooms were very clean and well appointed, overlooking the pool area, very nice. Each day breakfast and an afternoon wine and cheese happy hour were included. The beach... More

We stayed on the 4th floor #41. It was a nice ocean view. The room needed updating. Probably 80's or early 90's decor. The bathroom needed a major cleaning and needed a new sink and faucet. Definitely needed more lighting. You would think at the prices they charge they could provide a coffee pot and coffee so you wouldn't have... More

The reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is that the walls were a bit thin and we heard our neighbors arguing one night and a bit too loud the next (did not hear them the first night). Other than that, everything was just fine. The breakfast was filling, the rooms were kept clean and the price was... More

Enjoyed our two days at the Inn. Very friendly staff and great service. This hotel is very close to the beach and has a sort of old world vibe even though it is not a very old property. Breakfast is served in a large tiled room with some outdoor seating near a large fountain and a complimentary wine and cheese... More

I cannot say enough good things about The Inn at Cocoa Beach. There is a reason why they are rated as a top hotel in Cocoa Beach. It is an older hotel property, so there are a few small things that could be improved upon, but overall WOW!! The property, as a whole, is extremely clean and well maintained. I... More

Great hotel near the beach. You can walk to Ron John's and restaurants. Honor bar was a nice touch. It seemed most guests were return visitors. We stayed on the pool side. The pool is very nice. Property is very well maintained. I would suggest to get into the other building with a view of ocean and an elevator. After... More

We set off on a weekend trip with three other couples and the inn was chosen by one of them because it is on the beach and there wasn't a lot to choose from during spring break. What a delightful surprise when we pulled up to this lovely Inn on the beach. Great staff, wonderful ambience and good breakfast. Nice... More

Cocoa Beach is full of chain lodging -- one motel building much the same as another. But if you want a beautiful and relaxing experience, we highly recommend The Inn at Cocoa Beach. This was our second stay and if anything, it was better than the first. We left DC ahead of a snowstorm and called the Inn last minute... More

The Inn at Cocoa Beach is hard to describe in just a few words. This hotel is full of charm that is more than just the extension of its owners and all the employees we came in contact with. The rooms are spotless and freshly remodeled. We felt welcomed and wanted as guest from the moment we arrived which was... More
