This is a 1970's vintage outdoor corridor roadside property. Not the best looking I/95 exit, the property sits sort of behind a Pilot truck stop. However, the room I was in a down and out king was freshly refurbished, new paint and furnishings, carpet etc. The place was cleaner than the Marriott property I stayed in last night. Staff was... We just needed a place to shower and sleep one night after a long day at the Space Center. This hotel served that purpose well. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. We could walk a short way down to the beach, and they had a pretty good free breakfast with sausage and eggs, pancakes, the works.... More

The three levels of Best Western (standard, Plus, and Premier) illustrate the risk of premature superlatives: a more accurate and far-sighted strategy might be to reserve the label "Best Western" for the Premier level, and call the other two "OK Western" and "Good Western", respectively. Whatever labels you use, Best Western Cocoa Inn is barely OK: notwithstanding the small pool... More

We stopped there for one night. The bathroom looked like it had been redone so it was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a room with 2 beds. Our intentions were to move on but we met up with some relatives and we needed to stay another night so I booked a... More

The room was a smoking room that had a terrible odor, there were no other rooms they could move us to. Carpet was old and stained. Room overlooked a very busy parking lot of a truck stop. The room was dingy and depressing.

We stayed here to see a launch at the Cape. When we drove up I was worried because you could tell it was an older motel that had been remodeled which sometimes is a hit or miss. When we went to our room everything was great. It looked like everything was new,new carpet, furniture, paint, beds, everything. Great rates, great... More

I'm a non smoker who was forced to stay in a smoking room. I was told that I should have known it was a smoking room if it did not say non smoking. Plus I was told I was at a lower priority level than someone who made their reservation by calling the hotel directly because I made mine online.... More

Nice clean room with plenty of towels, large TV, internet, frig, microwave and a one cup coffee maker that was perfect. Ice machine close by and because I was there to participate in the Spacecoast marathon this hotel partnered with the race and provided a bus for transport. I love when they have wake up call service and extended checkout... More

This is a host hotel for a running event and we were assigned smoking rooms. The smell was gross despite spraying a can of air freshner. It is apparent the hotel caters to truckers who don't care if the beds are rock hard, decor extremely outdated and obviously are smokers. I will give the hotel points for providing a continental... My sister and I were travelling with 2 of our children. I booked online, stating that there were 4 of us (2 adults and a 16 & 17 year old) I booked the room & price. When we arrived at about 9pm, the clerk tried to charge us more for the children. She threatened that she would charge us more... More
