I found the motel to be nearly exactly what I expected. I booked my room after finding a special at visitcentralflorida.org for $49 per night. They told me that included use of their resort property accross the street. I learned at checkout that was $5 extra. Still a good deal if you get the $49 rate offer from the web... more

The Inn at summer bay was pretty nice, we were supposed to be there only for the weekend, but extended it to wednesday, loved the temperatured pool there. pretty nice place. more

Wow...just wow. It has been about 4 months since I stayed at this place, and I'm still angry. The marketing team at Summer Bay is VERY deceptive. They intentionally created a deceptive ad and placed it on Hotels.com. They make it seem as if you're booking a room at the nice resort, when in fact you're booking the roach motel... more

Don't go there! The staff is VERY rude, not helpful at all. The room was ok for the price. Hopefully you will not need to ask directions, ask about restaurants, or ask about things to do. Although the staff says they live in the area, they know NOTHING!!!!! more

My wife booked a stay through Summer Bay Resorts Time Share promotion, for $100/night. We were told that our accommodations would not be determined until we arrived.
