Check in was a hassle. Was directed to three different places before the on-duty manager checked me in. Was hardly out the office door before I was bugged about a timeshare presentation. I stayed at the resort with my family. It is not too far from Disney however, it is in the middle of a street with crappy retail. There are not any decent restaurants or retails shops. Clermont is not a great tourist city. More

For doing the Disney thing this was a great launch point. The rooms were spacious, clean and affordable. Pool was mediocre. Splash pad for the kids within walking distance. Complimentary shuttles to Disney. Good for group getaways. More

We loved Summer Bay. Everyone was polite and happy to help us. The service was great. We stayed in the Villas which was a comfortable walk to the Clubhouse and bars/restaurants.
