We stayed in the cabin the first two days of our family reunion. The cabin was clean and if you are able to survive without a TV and like peace and quiet this is the place for you. I enjoyed the cabin, but the kids didn't because of no television....But they survived.

We have camped in many State Parks in FL and they are all they say they are. Just a short drive from the hustle of everyday life, Lake Louisa cabin camping was the right choice. Cabins are extremely clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, but it still is like camping. Don't forget to bring all you normally would when... More

Celebrating a birthday weekend with friends and family. Nice park, nice cabin, beautiful view of the lake but was dissappointed with the roaches we found in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I undertand it's a park out in the woods however roaches come from the woods if so its rare, to my knowledge they come because the place is... More

Beautiful scenery and lakes and lots of trails. The kids were able to catch a glimpse of some wildlife including a couple of small gators, an armadillo, a deer, a couple of rabbits and all kinds of birds, butterflies and insects. There are a few fishing spots although not much was biting and there are canoe and kayak rentals. We'd... More

Beautiful view and area. Unbelievable clean cabins. Park staff a cut above. We will be back. Better then any hotel room. Take a drive down to Lake Louisa for a view and picnic! Sugar sand beach, lots of cypress trees. So scenic.

It was a chilly February weekend and the cabin was the perfect place for rest, relaxation and comfort. There were only 3 of us but 6 could have fit. The wooden two-bedroom, two bath cabins are spacious, comfortably furnished and equipped with a gas fireplace, central air/heat, kitchen stocked with essentials (as well as a non-essential but appreciated dishwasher), linens... One of our favorite parks to visit as a family. Equestrian trails as well as nature trails give plenty to see and do. They Also Have camping, fishing and a big lake front beach. 5$ per car you can not beat the price for all you get to see and experience. Any nature lovers paradise!

Well, to a non-American tourist, it was really unique. 4 of us enjoyed Cabin 15 for a few nights in December. The park staff were very friendly and helpful. The canoeing was great, as was the wildlife spotting. Did a lot of walking. The cabin itself was comfortable. The kitchen had enough for us to get by and cook some... More

These are wonderful lakeside cabins in a beautiful park. We had a great stay here last year and couldn't wait to come back this year. Like last year, the park rangers offered to leave our cabin unlocked for us to check in late. Unfortunately, they didn't. We arrived with our young kids to find the cabin locked and no one... More

We love this State Park. It's a great way to spend a day. The Lake is beautiful. We have walked most of the trails and hardly ever see another person. The only thing that could be Improved is a better trail map and more information on the wildlife.
