Motel is classic Florida, dated but charming, clean with courteous staff, short walk to beach, good pool area, pool water could be clearer. Prices quite a bit higher than chain motels, (AAA or AARP discount requires 3 days stay) Coped with water leaking from bathroom ceiling as guests upstairs flushed toilet. The problem was obviously chronic as the suspended ceiling... more

The staff at the Hi Seas (Valeria & Barb) could not have been any nicer. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool area is fantastic. This was the sixth year that my wife and I stayed at the Hi Seas. more

Very clean - can find a cheaper room but location is very convenient to restaurants and beach. Great pool. more
