I read the reviews before I booked, although what I read was pretty bad, I thought that my experince couldn't be so bad. I was wrong! The air condition didn't work, there were roaches in the room, the fridge did not get cold, and the bed sheets were dirty. We checked in after 12:00 am. So we were pretty tired... more

Once past the fascade the rooms were small, musty and did not pass the white sock test. The carpets were so dirty they were sticky, eewwwww. The pool was even too cold for the kids. We had booked 2 nights but were glad to only have to endure 1 due to a delay in our arrival. We will not be... more

This hotel was part of the Radisson group and there is still evidence of it by way of the wireless internet services, hotel elevator, and navigational maps. The property is frayed and in need of constant repairs. Exterior corriders are dirty, public restrooms are not operating properly, doors slam, and air-conditioners drip. The service is agreeable and pleasant but lack... more

My family got assigned this hotel and we read all of the reviews here on this site. Arrived and tried to keep an open mind, but we were diappointed. This hotel used to be a Radisson, but is no longer and quality standards went out the window too. Our room a/c had problems, there was mold in the elevator ceiling... more

I booked my two-night stay thru Priceline, I put in originally for $35 a night, and it came back with a counter offer, of everything for $90, for a 3 star...so I said sure, why not. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it was a Radisson. I arrived into Tampa, and drove my rental over to Clearwater, the usual... more

Some friends and I were visiting Busch Gardens during the day and visiting a friend in Clearwater in the evening. We booked an inexpensive room (78.00) on Hotels.com. We were simply looking for a place to crash for one night. I was more than pleased with what we got. Now, I recognize that the hotel's location and appearance from the... more

First I want to tell everyone not to pay too close attention to what everyone else has written. Come on, store ice cream in a hotel's freezer. Who actually does that? I have stayed in this hotel about 20--30 times for business and for the price you pay and its overall central location make it well worth what you pay.... more

When we first looked at this hotel, and found out that it was owned by Radisson, who is also affilliated with a hotel that we stayed in previously, we were quite confident that our stay here would be great. We were wrong. I was skeptical from the time we pulled into the parking lot. For my wife, it took about... more

Definitely not the usual Radisson. Literally on a highway.Felt unsafe and as previously written ,rooms opening into the carpark. Breakfast compared to a fast food caf with a mug of coffee plonked on the table, had to pay for toast because we didnt want the all American breakfast although toast came with it! Told by travel agent 15min walk to... more
