I did not stay at Shephard's. But we did go for their breakfast buffet during the week. It used to be great, but the last two visits for breakfast have been disappointing. Look at their website and everything looked sweet but things were not so when we arrived. Room was very small and warn out the place needs a refurbish. Have stayed there the last couple years with the entire family and had a great time. If you're looking for a quite, un-eventful trip this is not the place for you. But if you want to be in the center of all the action and have a relaxing yet exciting trip than you can't beat Shepherds. more

Dont bother unless no option. Room was good and large, but noise from building site a few feet away unbearable. Breakfast at 20$ each overpriced and not good. Not a beach side resort in any way. Tiny beach, lots of building going on and views of bridge and traffic. more
