Pretty clean, good location and nice rooms, terrible service mainly from management and housekeepers visit one time out of five days. Management was very rude and does not put the needs of the guest first. more
We stayed 2 nights in a two bedroom apt. The apartment was decent and spacious and seem clean. The location is one block from the beach. However the management was not great. They did not clean the apartment during our stay - even though daily cleanings are included. They changed the towels and made the beds only, not even took... more
As there is not a name I cannot be sure of the particular guest but if this guest had advised us of a problem we would have had the opportunity to rectify it. First, I asked for the "Motel Room" which was advertised for $65 on their website and printed rate sheets.. The lady told me she had availabilty for that room and took my information. Then this is your place....Treated horribly by the management...Bed bugs in my room and had to be treated for scabies....Toilet overflowed...This place is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life....I have traveled the world...and Amanda is the worst human being I have ever had contact with in my life...she interrupts-does not treat you with any kind... more
