This was a great place to stay after an Everglades paddling trip that departed from the Everglades Area Tours location within easy walking distance. We stayed here one night after the paddle trip into the Mangrove Tunnel and then left for a morning Dolphin and Wildlife tour that left from Goodland which is about 45 minute drive away. This is a great place to stay prior to and after an Everglades paddleing trip. We stayed here two days before our ten day trip. Very relaxed and clean. Bill and Geri are wonderful to talk to and can provide you with good advice about the area. Will be back for sure!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly owners. They were full of helpful information about the area and things to do with a family. We used the kitchenette to decrease cost. The motel is in a quiet area of the island, very nice for quiet evenings. Excellent opportuinites for fishing, kayaking and hiking.
