Room had roaches. Iron didn't work. Hotel keys stopped working. Not much of a breakfast. Locals call this "Worst" Western". Thought they were joking . . . They weren't. Relatives in another room had the same impression. A well-run Hampton Inn would quickly wipe out the few competing hotels in this little town. more

I registered a King/Office room online at an AAA rate. It was a good weekend rate too. After check-in though we realized that we were given a room next to the ice machine and the noise could be heard in our room. This property is a great starting point for day trips into Florida swamps and carstic springs. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, my only complaint goes to the poor choice of breakfast items. more

Stayed for 3 nights July 04. Good clean room. The hotel is well located for local State Parks. The best Fanning Springs had good swimming in the 'sink hole' Nice hotel pool to reurn to and relax in. Poor and inconsistant breakfast choice. more
