Just returned from a spur-of-the-moment trip from Jacksonville to Cedar Key with no reservations. We tried two hotels which were booked, and were referred to this little motel as being a clean, no-frills mom-and-pop hotel. That's exactly what it was. The manager was expecting us and had a room open for us to look at. It had twin beds with... More

You can't beat the price, hospitality and atmosphere of this little gem. The Inn is an older, no-frills place, but the rooms are clean and Mrs. Lynn, one of the innkeepers, is precious. We love the 2nd story porches, one where you can see Dock Street in the distance, and the other right on 2nd Street. Great location; quick walk... More

Not a bad place to stay, but would have loved to stay on the water but hotel there were filled for seafood fest. I would recommend it. Older but clean.

Great location and friendly staff made the stay at Cedar Inn worth while. It is a bit dated property, but you can walk everywhere and it was very quiet. Thanks for being a great host!
