This was our second stay at Low Key Hideaway, this time for three nights. Friends brought their RV for hookup and we booked our favorite Room #5. Nothing changed since our visit last March. The staff is helpful and attentive and the room is clean and well-stocked with essentials. The King Bed is better than ours at home! All needed... More

An amazing place indeed. Cedar Key is old Florida with no chain hotels or fast food places, and the LKH fits right in. Not the place for the family on the way to see Mickey, this is a refuge for all the rest of us interstate warriors who want to relax and meet some interesting people. Look at the web... More

My husband and I stayed at the Low Key Hideaway with our Brother and Sister- in-law in celebration of our anniversary . When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Cindy. The rooms are very clean , ( I was expected that old musty smell.. Yuk) but was pleasantly surprised by the smell of CLEAN!! The rooms are comfortable, and... More

LKH is the light house of Cedar Key! This was our second stay here almost 4 years. We will never stay anywhere else on Cedar Key. Pat and Cindy continue to create an atmosphere that is unforgettable. Completely laid back, yet attentive to the needs of all who stay. Memories continue to be made here!

This was our first time at the Hideaway, and we certainly hope to return. The location, and property really are great. This 6 room hotel offers exceptionally decorated, clean, comfortable facilities with a coastal view that is hard to beat. Close to numerous restaurants, shops, shops and boat tours. The Tiki Bar was quirky, and fun! Jimmy Buffet would feel... More

As a native Floridian, I had been to every part of Florida except Cedar Key. We checked a few ads and then chose Low-Key Hideaway. Upon arrival we were so impressed - this place is even better than it looks on the internet website. Pat & Cindy have really created something special here...a work of art. They are also professional... More

Relax, enjoy, like Jamica on the Florida Gulf Coast. The Low Key Hideaway in Cedar Key is totally amazing. The motel was originally a little motel on the causeway going into Cedar Key. It has been converted into a truely amazing place by two amazing people. This is a resort, a small one, but never the less a resort for... More

Such a uniques place. The owners are so nice and you can tell they love each other and what they have created there. We attended a wedding there. It was a perfect spot for a casual wedding. They have a really unique tiki bar. The husband does incredible photography and the wife wears many hats and is good at all.

This is a great little hotel right on the water. Great views. Laid back. Fun, clean, easy going folks who own the joint and folks who stay there as well. I had a great time. Even though it rained like crazy for two days. We had 2 couples and we just hung out on the covered patio behind our room... More
