We spent 4th of July weekend at the Cedar Key B&B. It was truely like home away from home; from the wonderful breakfasts to the "sitting room" porch and big swing. Cedar Key is low key and quiet. Just enough to do, but not crazy busy.

This is the first time we've visited a B&B and we had certain expectations of what we had signed up for. The Cedar Key B&B was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was an adorable building with courteous staff. Our host, Alice, was accommodating in every way. We stayed in Jack's room. It was charming and, what... More

This place is/has been so ideal! Not only are the staff friendly and accommodating, but they do a fantastic breakfast every morning around 9. Everyone--EVERYONE is incredibly personable without being nosy, simply fun to speak and laugh with. Alice (the owner) and the staff are also quite knowledgeable of the area and always have great suggestions of what to do.... More

My wife and I just wanted a short get away from Tampa so we booked a room at Cedar Key Bed & Breakfast for a couple of nights. The grounds are so well kept and there are three huge Live Oak trees that offer plenty of shade. Our room opened onto the porch where you can sit and enjoy the... More

We were looking for a quiet get away and found this lovely Bed & Breakfast. It's welcoming colors of salmon and turquoise compliment the Florida lifestyle and each guest room is uniquely decorated to satisfy anyone's wishes. We stayed off site at the Sunrise Suite, about a mile away. It had a great view of Daughtry Bayou and the Gulf... More

We found it at Cedar Key Bed and Breakfast! My husband and I enjoyed tooling around on the B&B golf cart, visiting the towns museums, shops and restaurants but the ultimate was returning to the serenity of the B&B! We enjoyed reading on the porch, swinging under the majestic oaks, watching the squirrels fuss at the cat, and seeing the... More

This bed & breakfast was delightful. We stayed in the tree top room, which included a full kitchen (which we didn't use), but loved the view of the old tree. There is a narrow flight of stairs to get to the room, so if stairs are an issue I wouldn't rent this room. The room was beautifully decorated, the grounds... More

My husband and I celebrated Father's Day and our 45th anniversary at the Cedar Key B&B. It was our first experience in Cedar Key and we couldn't have been more pleased. Gracious hospitality, scrumptious breakfasts, well appointed rooms, bottomless cookie jar with homemade cookies (oh, my did we enjoy) and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere made our stay so pleasant we... My wife and I decided to take a week and get away to the west coast and being in no hurry, we wanted to make our first night stop in Cedar Key before heading south. Not having been to CK in about 45 years, it has certainly changed yet the vibe is the same-laid back max. But the Cedar Key... More

In late March, my husband and I got married at the Cedar Key B&B. It was a great experience. Alice, the Inn keeper and all her staff were really great. We rented the whole B&B for the weekend and she was very accomodating and helpful. She had great ideas about who could marry us and other wedding items. She let... More
