Park Place Motel is actually a condo. It has the best location across from the city beach, where the restaurants and shops and beach and golf carts and kayaks are all within walking distance. When I go to Cedar Key and don't rent through a private agency, I choose Park Place. There is nothing fancy about it, but it is clean and a great value.
