I had stayed at this hotel before and I had a really good experience so about a year later when I was visiting Cape Coral I decided to stay here again but I was very disappointed this last time. First I have to say that the front desk staff was great and very helpful but the room was another story,... More

We had to stay here because the hotel we usually stay for business was booked and on a business budget I could not deviate to far. I should have taken an advance and gotten another room. For some odd reason the rooms were booked around town and the rooms left were up to $200 a night in rooms we usually... More

We were going to be visiting Sanibel Island and needed a place that was reasonably priced. After a search on Hotels.com, I came across this place and the name intrigued me. We opted for a room not on the water saving $10/night. Room had a view of canal across the street, we did have traffic noise which was worse on... More

On the one hand, the price is very reasonable, the outside of the property has been nicely landscaped. BBQ and some of the lawn chairs were not well kept. The motel's website indicated that it offered breakfast. This was misleading. Breakfast consisted of packaged Danishes and some fruit and coffee. Room layout was a puzzle. It seemed little thought was... More

Old, in need of updates but very cheap to stay. Rooms are large but no table. You either get a microwave or oven. Pool nice with view of canal. Free breakfast is just danishes, oatmeal, cereal, juice, milk and coffee. Don't think k I would stay again.

Stayed for three days. The room is of older standard, stained bedspreads. Water damage in the shower. Very nice view over the canal and rooms where very cheap. Working A/C. Kitchenette with the most basic essentials. The breakfast consists of some serial and cookies wrapped in plastic. Milk in the fridge. Coffee was available, but they were out of cups,... More

We stayed here for (3) days while visiting friends in Cape Coral. The room that we had had a nice view of the canal. We had a suite with a small kitchen(coffee pot, small electric burner stove, micro wave, toaster, and refrigerator). We had a nice balcony off the living room. The bed was semi-confortable. We had a chair and... More

Great people working here and took the time to explain the area and give recommendations. The hotel itself is a tad dated but very charming and on the water canals. Awesome pool and great budget for a trip. It's not for high maintenance people expecting the Presidential Suite at the Ritz, but great for the casual traveler.

Rooms are very run down and old. Our room was filthy - the bedding had yellow stains and multiple cigarette burns. The mirror and windows had sticky finger prints all over them and when we went to read the room information book it was covered in a thick layer of dust. At check in they charged our room to my... This is an awesome motel! When we checked in, someone let slip it was my 50th birthday. We were upgraded to a two room suite complete with full kitchen with full sized fridge, stove and dishwasher (yes, DISHWASHER!). Dual patios, nice sized rooms, Continental Breakfast every day, and convienient location! Never had a problem with the personnel there. The staff... More
