I paid $130 for this hotel on Priceline when I searched for hotels near Naples. A. It was a total DUMP!!!!!! Built 60 years ago and with original carpet and furniture. Disgusting !!!! The shower looked something like what a nursing home would have. The sheets and towels smelled musty and were rough and gross. I would have rather slept... More

Never stay at this motel.... This motel is by far one of the worst places that I have ever stayed at. I have family and friends in Cape Coral, FL, so I travel there quite frequently. I stayed at this hotel in May 2014, for my daughters graduation. At that time, I had issues with the hotel and when I... More

Love the location; friendly staff; fairly quiet 'scene'. Looks charming and inviting from the outside. The rooms are just OK, under-maintained (ground in gum, stains etc in carpet, peeling paint) but the price is right for a short or longer stay. They have hard-to-beat prices in the smaller rooms (under $65 incl taxes), and the waterfront 'suites' are equally affordable.... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting a relative. While the location is convenient, and our room was thankfully the lower floor facing the canal, which was a pretty view, the hotel itself is not very clean. The carpets were very dirty. The bathroom was not always sanitized or cleaned on a daily basis; there were cockroaches... More

I have traveled extensively. This was by far the worst and dirtiest hotel we ever stayed at. Holes in walls. Something sprayed on walls. Cleaning did not exist. The room smelled. Water stood and collected in the tub. The desk clerk could not even find me a plunger......and never sent anyone to fix it. They billed for extras we did... More

I stayed for just one night with a late check in but I loved the place. The price is amazing for what you get. A small functional kitchenette with pots/pans/plates. Clean be sheets and bathroom. The only bad thing I saw was that the carpets needs to be desperately replaced.

We booked this hotel a couple weeks prior to traveling. Looked good on line but when you get there a sudden gust of reality set in. One of the two beds sagged so bad in the center you couldn't sleep in it. Over priced on every level. No WIFI unless you want to hand out in the lobby.

The details and pictures of this motel are very deceiving. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating my husband had hurt his back so they were able to give us a ground floor room, directly under the room we were supposed to be booked in. Upon our entry of our room we knew the room had been broken... More

We were looking for a more budget minded vacation. Casa Loma seemed to fit the bill. We got a room with a kitchenett and 2 double beds. The pictures on line looked fine so we booked. We arrived at the Motel and checked in and got our room. It was terrible. The even number rooms are on the street side... More
