This hotel had horrible customer service. We were poorly greated and treated horribly!!! We stayed here the night before our cruise and hated it! The property looked good, but the staff was horrible. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the cruise terminal and its free shuttle service to the pier. The hotel was clean and comfortable with an attractive pool area.
