This place is quite unique. We had an excellent sight. The campground is on the inlet to the Port Canaveral and you see the cruise ships going and coming; I thought it was cool. There is fishing off the Jetty pier which was also cool to get that perk. The beaches were a parking lot away so I suggest you... More

We stayed here for the Orion launch, EXCELLENT view! Pets are allowed WITHIN the campground fence ONLY! Also, you are not supposed to leave your pet alone in your motor home.....therefore, we could not go anywhere near the water! I totally understand them not being on the beach, BUT REALLY.... we were not allowed to bring him in the car... More

The area is beautiful. Couldn't want more in a campground location. But management problems exist. Sites are very and I mean very close together. The staff allows large groups of tents to mix in with the rv sites and the two are not compatible. Children run throughout the campground unsupervised. This is a large campground but you never see a... More

Excellent location, fun to watch the cruise ships, tankers, barges, boats come in and go out on a daily basis. Sea turtles by the jetty made photography exciting. Lots of places to walk so we did not need to use the car. We stayed over Thanksgiving times four days. Our second stay here. It was good before but it is... More

My husband and I have visited this place numerous times for tent camping. We never had a single negative experience! The restrooms are newly remodeled, it felt like a spa! Hearing the ocean at night was a huge plus! The staff was so good to us every time and made us feel at home. Most of the camping spots are... More

On the good side, the showers are hot, the store has some cute stuff, was well-staffed, and it was quiet at night. On the bad side, the sites are so uneven, I had to give up trying to level my unit and put it too far away from the water to be able to hook it up. Also, they charged... More

We came to Florida for my sons 10th birthday in May. We stayed here for 4 days. It was a great stay. Lots of things to do. Close to everything we wanted to do. Disney, swimming with Dolphins, croc boat tours. And of course the beach. It was clean and well keep. We will return for sure. Maybe next Christmas.

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 young grandsons. Park very clean...nice clean restrooms and showers. The campground is surrounded by a fence with security gates. Walk thru a gate and you are at boardwalks taking you right to a beautiful beach. Beach has nice fine sand; you can walk way out in the water (shallow). The surf is mild... More

We had no problem booking our site and got the site we wanted thanks to Scott at the campground. The staff in the office were great even when the power went out at no fault of theirs.... Great access to beach.Great views of cruise ships coming in and going out. We also got to see an Alas 5 lift off... More
