Do not stay at any of the InTown Suites. The Tampa hotel is no different than the others. All have poor reviews. You will not get your deposit back. The clerk will find a way to scam you. We stayed in Brandon for a convention in Feb. 2004. Procedure stunk, we waited most of the day for a room, and were treated like children. We almost didn't get a room because noone said there would be a $100.00 cash deposit, returnable after checkout.
