I had a wonderful time ,rooms were very clean and house keeping was great . Breakfast every morning at the hotel was fresh and delicious ,everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. I attended a recent conference at this hotel for the first time over the weekend. We rented the conference rooms and about 40 of us were there in several rooms. This was the worst place I have EVER stayed in. Shower curtain was stained and dirty, caked on urine on the toilet bowl base, 3 out of 5 lights out in the bathroom. There were some bugs on the floor that would not have taken too much effort to clean up because clearly they had been dead a while, as well as crooked ceiling tiles exposing the insulation. Spent two days here in February 2009. It was the least expensive hotel in Bonita Springs. I was looking for clean, basic accommodations in a safe location and that is what I received plus some. We booked this hotel as it was near our friend's condo in Naples. We checked in, went to our room with our kids. The room was spartan and aged looking. The kids were wondering why we would stay there. Fifteen minutes after checking in, we checked out. This does not deserve a 3, 4, or 5 star rating. Sorry! more

Excellent value for the price. The staff was very friendly, housekeeping was excellent and the breakfast was great. The rooms and furniture were obviously not brand new, but everything was comfortable and very clean. The location was good, well outside the bustle of Fort Myers but very close to the excellent beaches in Bonita Springs. more

Stayed at hotel in december 08-staff excellent-hotel clean and well maintained. Close to lots of things to do, see and take part in. Mels diner out front is very good for breakfast etc etc. Couple of chain restrauants close by as well. In the middle of Naples and Fort Myers so you can get to both really easy from Bonita... more
