This seemed like an older Hampton: the carpets weren't terribly clean but eveything was about as I'd expect. I had a hard time getting to sleep as it was easy to hear normal conversations in the hallway and outside. Also was easy to hear another TV late at night. We are long time Hampton Inn patrons and booked at this inn with absolutely no hesitation. Our room looked like it had been refurbished recently. This was our third visit to this hotel and probably not our last. It’s perfectly okay. It’s an older Hampton so it does not have the pristine look of some of the newer hotels, but it’s clean. This place is awesome! Ample parking, easy to find, great breakfast, did I say super quiet! Free Internet and lobby computer. Friendly staff and gave us a courtesy call minutes after entering the room to make sure everything was OK. The price was good too, around $90/night. Site is more expensive than sister location in Naples at I-75 (in-laws at I-75 location paid less with same discounts), but offers less after being further away from Naples action. If staff courtesy is important, this is the place for you in south Flordia. Rooms and ammenities are standard Hampton Inn quality but the people make this place exceptional. From management, desk clerks,cleaning people and maintenace they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is no doubt where I would stay in Bonita Springs. more

Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Pool was dirty. Windows dirty. Bedding not very comfortable. Next time we will stay at the Hampton Inn in Naples - it is worth the extra $20 or so. more
