I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and I have to say it only gets better. The new addition of the house dogs is a plus-especially for those who have to leave these home. Last visit we had a small blip with our room and Dan the manager could not have been more accomadating this trip. Dan ensured that... More

Sorry to be one of the lone reviewers to say this hotel is not fabulous but we are checking out one day early due to a below average experience over Labor Day weekend. I signed up for the online upgrade when I originally booked, having been told by the phone representative there was a better than good chance we would... More

I have been for 3 days at this wonderful hotel. Perfect atmosphere, service, cleanliness, room and outdoor area. The boat leading to the beach is an excellent ride for free. I will come back. Highly recommend it.

I am currently in the middle of my two week vacation and I am extremely impressed. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. There is so much to do and so many quiet niches to relax by yourself. I usually take cruises to relax but will definately consider this as my get away place.

I have to say, my parents really loved being greeted with champagne at check in! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and their Newfoundland dogs were adorable! We were early and our room wasn't ready, so we did have to wait a while, but they gave us free breakfast at the restaurant to compensate, so it was okay,... More

We were here for 8 nights and the time flew buy. Dining was good value and great quality , pools were fun... More

We stayed for five nights at this marvelous resort and had nothing but fantastic experiences. The entire staff could not have been any nicers. The food was reasonable and very good. The entire site was kept extremely clean and fresh. The amazing dogs in the lobby were a joy to intrface with as was their owner, Paula. Can't wait for... More

Stayed 2 nights. We've been coming to the Naples area for the last 15 years. Usually stay at our Family's winter house in Naples. We had some friends coming to town who were staying at this resort and we figured we try something new. It was great. We checked in a few hours early. Room was ready and we were... More

Dear Craig, Thank you for a great review of the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort, we're very glad you and your friends chose to stay with us. Guests love the complimentary mimosa or glass of champagne upon arrival and like our contemporary guestrooms. Renting a cabana at the Adventure Pool is a wise choice and provides a great "home base"... More

Hyatt is becoming my new favorite hotel chain, thanks in part to the Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point. What a gorgeous hotel. The minute you walk through the front doors you notice how well maintained and clean this hotel is. The staff members were genuinely pleasant and eager to enhance your stay. While inquiring whether or not we seated ourselves... More

We have stayed here many times. The hotel is clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Pool is great. Recommend going over to the Coconut Plantation for the lazy river. Also, the beach is quiet, but the last boat leaves a little too early. Coconut Point mall is nearby and has great shops and restaurants.
