First, the only negative and I almost gave it 4 stars because of it. INTERNET CONNECTION STINKS! If I can get great WiFi at 36,000 feet I should be able to get it here. Hyatt folks - consider servers on every other floor if one main one doesn;t cut it. Ok, now the rest. The property is amazing, the rooms... More

I know out of the gate my review is jaded... But I travel a LOT. I simply get annoyed by luxury resorts who do not have a mini bar... It's in excusible. I understand if you are a Four Points or Hilton Garden Inn, but not when you are a full service hotel. Then to boot not to offer any... More

I stayed at the Hyatt for a recent work conference, and my wife came along to get to share in the experience. Overall, we were very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely interesting in making our stay memorable. The room was spacious and comfortable – we had a corner room on the 11th floor which... More

So many places take pictures to show themselves in the Best Light. This place is everything the pictures show and so much more. This is my Happy Place. The hammock between 2 palm tree is one the left as you head out to the pool. There is only one so get there early to stake your claim for the day.... More

Thank you so much for sharing your recent stay with us! We do take great pride with the look of our property, and we have to agree that a picture is worth a thousand words, but it is so much better in person! We hope that you will visit your "Happy Place" again soon and we will make sure that... More

Upon check in we were told that the king room we'd requested wasn't available but they'd provide us an upgrade with a view of pools and Bay. Sweet! Wrong, they moved us to a room that literally smelled like vomit. When the bellman arrived we inquired about the smell and he appropriately suggested we call the front desk. They responded... More

We did enjoy our hotel visit but disappointed at the high resort fee of twenty dollars a day! We could not get Internet which was I thought unknown especially in the USA. The 'Plantation' the adjacent resort on the other hand was fabulous, lazy river such fun and the best pizza in the pool side restaurant! More

I have just returned from a company meeting at the Hyatt Coconut Point. It is a super-deluxe hotel-resort that does almost everything well - meeting rooms, bedrooms, amenities, food, and service were all beyond reproach, and staff were pleasant, helpful, and well trained. I'm pretty sure I have nothing original to add to the other 400+ reviews of these facilities,... More

A great way to get away from the northeastern cold. With 2 kids (11 yrs and 9 yrs), I picked this hotel for all the activities. The rock climbing wall (free) was a huge hit. The golf chipping ($10 a big bucket) was fun, but utterly impossible to get a ball in a hole in a green floating in a... More

My wife and I stayed three nights in early December. The Hyatt has a relaxing tropical setting with many flowers and palm trees and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had an easy time checking in and out. The Hyatt has a quarter-mile boardwalk to a marina where we boarded a boat to go to a private beach at Big... More
