This is a good hotel but not in such great location. There are neither good restaurants nor shops within walking distance and the beach is just a bit too far away. We come to the Naples area frequently, and thought it would be nice to try something different. And, boy, was this different! The room itself is of the quality I have come to expect from a (newer) HI Express: comfy bed, good towels/sheets, clean, etc. But: sad to say, the front desk staff needs some major instruction in Customer Service.... more

The hotel is very close to restaurants, entertainment and the beach. Staff were nice, room was clean and linens/bedding were first class. Unfortunately, we ended up on the smoking floor, which really stunk like smoke, but the room was tolerable as long as we kept the window open. Really nice and clean hotel, even if the hotel is located not far away from the US41 the hotel is located in a calm area. Plenty of restaurants and shops are available along the US41, and Naples is not so far away. It's a great location for visiting Sanibel, Naples and Fort Myers more
