The hotel charges a $10 per day fee that is not revealed at any time during the online reservation process. The confirming email contains a total that is deliberately omits this additional fee, although it is disclosed in 4-point blue-on-white type if you look closely enough. This is fraud and there is simply no excuse for it. The elevator call... more

This hotel is in a prime location with great views of the intracoastal and a block away from the beach in Boca Raton, Florida. Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to its surroundings. The hotel needs to be completely renovated. The room itself smelled of mildew which gave me a headache that lasted until I left the hotel. The... more

They charge you an extra $10 a day plus tax for internet, bottled water, and a newspaper. In fact, it's a hidden rate increase, it pumped my final bill up by about 15%....I prepaid my room, arrived at the hotel, and was apprised of this ONLY on checkin -- no mention of it anywhere from the online reservation service. Complained... more

The room was nice and clean, pool ok, but the restaurant Watercolors not so.. I find it funny the menu mentiones 18 % service charge for groups of 6 or more, but not that for couples 20 %!! (& receipt quickly out of sight, of course). We didn't feel like going there the other days, anymore, even if the food... more

We spent the night here while visiting family in the area. We did not book this ourselves, but used it getting their corporate rate. The room we had was on the first floor and the floor was slanted. It wasn't terrible but strange. I think it is because there is a parking garage underneath and it settled strangely. The room... more

This hotel falls far below what I normally expect from a Priceline 3* hotel. Its old and worn. Even at a discounted rate, it was one of my worst hotel experiences in recent memory. If I would have paid their $200 normal rate I would have been homicidal. The air conditioning unit in the room was HORRIBLE, noisy and prevented... more

I must begin with how much I paid for our room, which might provide a bias to my review. I was able to snag our reservations for only $47 per night on Hotwire, and for an extra $50 we upgraded to a suite. So, for around $100 per night (for a 2 room, 2 balconies, 2 bath suite) with tax... more
