Nothing good to say about Guest Suites: indifferent staff, dirty and possibly blood stained bathroom wall and shower curtain, missing light bulbs, no luggage rack, no towel racks, almost no bathroom counter, carb laden white bread, bagels and surgery cereals for breakfast, and to further unnerve you, parking lot warnings not to leave anything in your car.
