We stayed in cabin B on the stilts with the deck and we love it. It is rustic and more of an old keys type of place. If you have stayed in old cottages in New England especially, than this is the place for you. The boat launch is 20 yards away and so is the invaluable Capt. Keogh. His... more

After reading the reviews of the Old Wooden Bridge Fishing Camp, we decided to stay for a week. We have family liviing on Big Pine Key, so this was the perfect location for us. Now it could have been the unit we rented . . . we took the medium unit B - featured in the pictures on stilts. We... more

We just returned from our stay at the Old Wooden Bridge Cabins (formerly known as the fishing camp). If you are looking for a quaint, quiet and rustic get away, Old Wooden Bridge is your place! Centrally located between Key Largo (Pennekamp Park) and Key West, we were able to explore the entire Keys in just a few days' stay.... more

The Old Wooden Bridge isn't fancy but it's really nice. It's a 70s style rustic, clean getaway. Each cottage has a grill, picnic table, fridge, microwave, and TV. You can rent a VCR, movies, and boardgames in the office. It has a nice pool and you can rent kayaks right at the office. The No Name Key Nature Sanctuary is... more

August 5, 2008 RRogers My wife, son and I come to the Key’s for Sportsman lobster season. This was our third season and our 3rd year to stay at “Old Wooden Bridge”. The Old Wooden Bridge is a great place to stay. We have met people there that have been coming here over 14 years. The staff in the office,... more

My wife and I took the dog (spaniel) and the boat down to the OWB the last week of June. The cottage that we stayed in (#7) was clean, had cold AC, and every thing (fridge, stove, TV, etc) worked fine. The queen size bed was good enough to sleep in after a day playing. It had a grill, and... more

My boyfriend & I traveled there last year with his family and we enjoyed it. We came back again this year and the experience got even better! The management was very accomodating and truly nice, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They had a pool which my sister-in-law & I pleasantly spent most of our time at when we... more

If you're looking for a no frills vacation, this is it. My husband and I loved the peace and quiet this area offered. Well off the beaten path; the cabins offered a great way to get away from society! The cotteges are clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly. I must say though, I had to laugh, there... more

We loved our stay, took our own boat, went fishing and ate dinners at the picnic table in front of our cabin.... enjoyed the tame key deer and walking to the No Name Pub. Cabin was clean and comfortable, mattresses were fine... there was a small window air conditioning unit in the kitchen which didn't cool the bedrooms at all,... more

We stumbled on the Old Wooden Bridge Fish Camp during a previous visit to the Keys and immediately planned to stay there on a return visit. It is a terrific choice for those who want an out-of-the-way and "low key" place to use as a jumping off point for all kinds of activiities. The primary focus is fishing with boats... more
