This was our 5th year staying at Old Wooden Bridge. What a wonderful place to stay...always a great adventure. We find our neighbors to be so friendly showing off the big fish they caught, and sharing info on where to eat. We always stay in Cabin 3. It is comfortable and all the conveniences we need. Our Jack Russell, Bozo... More

This was a perfect place for us. Quiet, off the beaten path. We brought our boat and our dogs. Key deer everywhere. The only downsides were the air unit and hot water. The one window unit was on constantly and barely keeping up, if it had been summer it couldn't and hot water was sporadic in the shower. The staff... More

We stayed from December 8-15 but we left a day early! There are so many things wrong with our stay with their cottage; the electric, plumbing, door, dirty and above all the manager! The manager was horrible to deal with! I was telling her the problem we have after 5 days of staying, she said it was all our doing... More

The Old Wooden Bridge has really done up its cottages nice. Cute colors, nice grills, picnic tables, lawn!, and functional interiors. This is NOT a fancy place but it was clean and charming. My wife loved the tree fog that was found in the shower. That's just how the Keys are! The cottages are right next to the road leading... More

We stayed for just two nights August 20-22nd. Small one bedroom cabin was very clean and had a view of the marina. There is not central air, but the newer window units were fine. There is a picnic table on the lawn, but the no see ums were bad so were inside when there. Take bug spray. There is a... More

Just lest OWB this morning. Expecting "campy", we muddled through a couple if night. Washed everything thoroughly before using from kitchen. After seeing small cockroaches in both bathrooms and kitchen we decided to leave the bathroom lights on all night. Two of the beds were having mysterious black specs on them after being gone for a while or overnight, suggesting... More

We enjoy visiting the off the beaten path locations and this was our next step. We wanted something close enough to the keys where we could make a day trip but far enough to have peace and quite. The is a great choice. The staff we great and had most all the small things you need right there, the rooms... More

This place is rustic, and well located for your fishing adventure. The accommodations are adequate enough since I plan on exploring, and fishing all day. I didn't rent this place to hang around a pool all day, and neither should you. They have a bait store, boat ramp and dockage for the renters. They also have kayak rentals. A little... More

A great getaway and I must say they offer unique ammenities, especially if you are the outdoor type of person. Examples of what they offer are kayaking and fishing. There is a marina and boating is optional, if you decide to bring your boat. They have nice spacious cottages with Wifi available as most places would have and only a... More
