My husband and I just love this restaurant. The food is delicious, especially my fav the Grouper Fingers. The service is second to none. The manager Mike is always so helpful. Of course you can't get better sunsets!!! A weekend wouldn't be complete without having dinner (or lunch) here.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Inn on the Gulf for a night's stay and dinner. We used to live in the area and would frequent the restaurant often.. After living in Orlando for a few years, we were in the area visiting and decided to stop back. The hotel rooms may be dated in decor, but are... More

The Inn On The Gulf has a million dollar view but really sad rooms. Our room had stains on the carpet, stains and food on the couch, stains on the chair. They offered a coffee pot but no filters or coffee. The thermostat was missing the part that told you what the actual temp in your room was. The stove... More

I stayed here for a few days on a needed stress free break away from home. I knew it would be outdated, but I stayed there to be close to the ocean, which is just across the street. The rooms were o.k., nothing fancy, but clean and had the basic items one would need. Front room was combo living room/kitchen.... More

Spent $99+tax per nt. For a weekend trip with family. Would be ok for half that. The only value is in the location. Looks like it was built in the 70s and most things appear to be from that timeframe. Housekeeping does a decent job with what they have to work with. Everyone was nice enough and accommodating. The sad... More

Regardless of the appearrance of their website the rooms at this place haven't been updated since the 70s. Furniture is outdated and in less than average condition. Bathroom while clean was tiny and aged. The livingroom/kitchen area had a musty smell. Carpets throughout was dingy looking. Much better quality lodging available at the same price at nearby competitors. The only... More

Visited this area with a large group of MC riders for a weekend. Great rate and now we know why. The rooms were like stepping into the 70s. I think the carpet and furnishings were from that decade. We were a little afraid to sit on the couch or chair. We kept shoes on the entire time because of the... More

After visiting some friends who have a stall at USA Flea Market we all decided to get some lunch. They selected the Inn on the gulf. I thought I would try the shrimp Po Boy. My choices for a condiment tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. Really? On a Po Boy? I asked if the had some remoulade sauce, No. I... More

Modern the rooms are not, but you can't beat this place for location and great food! The rooms are actually one bedroom apartments. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, whether it was for something you needed, or just to give directions. They have a very nice restaurant and cozy bar. Plenty of night life in the immediate area. Within... More
