I travel weekly for work and have stayed in many hotels throughout my career. I rate this hotel among my top two hotels. The staff is so gracious and accomaditng. In response to this guest’s concerns, the only concern reported was upon check out she was angry at the cost of 2 telephones calls she made from her guestroom phone in Wilmington, DE to the Dominican Republic.
