This was by far, one of the best accommodations for the price. Quality service began when i was met at the train station/bus depot. Everyone- from the driver to the front desk- was so friendly. The room was impeccable and nicely arranged. Everything was fully functional. I felt like I was home. Continental breakfast was nice. I mostly appreciate the... More

This is a by clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Extremely friendly staff was particularly helpful during a family emergency. Breakfast was included in cost of room and was very good. I will definitely return here. Highly recommended!

I was worried about some reviews I had read complaining about what some people thought were dated and small rooms. However, my room decor was not dated at all, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was very clean - even the remotes were clean and in sanitary pouches The shower and toilet are in close quarters behind a... Older motor inn, with a very tasteful upgrade and spectacularly maintained. Staff is first class, property is spotless. My attitude went from Oh not another old tired motel, too, This is really nice! Had weather permitted a dip in the pool looked very inviting.

Everything was dirty; hotel is old and evidently not well maintained. Door wouldn't lock, phone was dead, toilet had a ring of mold around the water line, sofa bed had a huge stain on the mattress, swimming pool dirty, etc. After lengthy wait and a call to the chain's Customer Service person - located in Phoenix - we were finally... Spent 3 nights at the Hotel and it was wonderful. Excellent Staff and Service provided. Used the business facilities and staff again helpful. A little over priced for our taste, but I'm sure is competitive for the area. Would recommend !!!!!

the staff was very friendly, very nice and very accommodating. The hotel was fair, it was dated; the bed was very worn and uncomfortable, the linens were dingy and worn, the pillow and coverings were uncomfortable; the room carpet and bath tub extremely stained; I struggled to open the door each time as it stuck; the pool was dirty as... I had a flight out of Philly at a weird time and decided to stay here rather than closer to the airport because I read good reviews online (I will never stay over in Philly after reading awful reviews about just about every hotel there!). The staff were helpful and friendly, even at 3am. The room was really nice and... More

This location is central to all area attractions, museums, etc... The staff is very accommodating and the General Manager, Mary, is very amenable to her clients needs. We appreciated her willingness to assure our satisfaction - THANK YOU!

Noisy, breakfast bad, TV was trash, bathroom small. The TV had no channels, no HBO, no Showtime. Bathroom fan sounded like a chainsaw. Bathroom was like 6 feet by 8 feet. Breakfast was frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches to be placed in a dirty microwave. Automatic pancake machine was neat but spit out rubbery nasty cakes.
