Great location; not enough parking for the number of guests although they give you a parking pass to park on near by streets; clean, pleasant room with private bath; breakfast adequate unless you are a big breakfast person; within walking distance of town and beach. I would return if in the area again.
++This B&B has a great location - half a block from the beach/boardwalk and about 2 blocks from the downtown area, convenient to many shops and restaurants. It also has a nice wrap-around front porch where one can sit and enjoy the view of the ocean. Host Dale is personable, pleasant, helpful.
After that, the things to praise are harder...

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. This place needs to go out of business. I'm contiplating calling the health department to have this place inspected. The rooms are so filthy. I spent 2 nights here with a group on employees in August. I've seen 3 rooms in this place.....Mildew all over the bathroom, Dirty sheets, peeling wallpaper, shower floor was black...
