This place is so centrally located and a block from the beach . They offer beach chairs for you to borrow and take to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. Had on site parking which was great. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I were staying here fora weekend getaway. The price was reasonable for being a hotel at the shore. They offer wine and snacks and deli outs cookies. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Walking distance for shopping, restaurants and boardwalk. I would stay here again.

We had a great weekend. The staff was great from check in to check out. Room was comfortable. View from the balcony was nice and relaxing. We really liked the wine and snacks at the front desk. We will definitely be coming back again.

We booked a last minute long weekend for 4 days of gluttonous abandonment, actually, that inaccurately suggests indiscriminately stuffing our faces--in reality, I had painstakingly constructed an itinerary--Henlopen City Oyster House, The Shorebreak Lodge, Espuma, etc. for our gastronomic indulgence. Awesome location really cant get better, updated rooms each with its own wifi hotspot, free breakfast w a lot if stuff including some hot options. Free wine and cookies at night. All at a good price!!! Location is perfect the hotel is closer than the public bathroom if you dont like to go in the ocean.

Super friendly staff; great breakfast, happy hour wine, and fresh baked cookies each evening; perfect location to walk to beach/boardwalk and Rehoboth Ave shops; but just off the main strip so quieter. Honestly, couldn't have been better in any way. LOVED it!
