I loved this bed and breakfast. I ordered flowers for our anniversary and some how they knew exactly what I wanted. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and very close to exceptional resturants. Lois is someone I actually could become friends with. We were made to feel right at home. more

This was a lovely inn within walking distance to the beach and the shops of Rehobeth. The Inn keepers were friendly, extending themselves to make sure you were comfortable. Remarkably clean, very personal, friendly (without being obsequious) and an excellent breakfast. just what you want, but don't really expect, at a resort b&b. Very cooperative, helpful in planning a beachhouse reunion . Nice facilities, but wold have been better with more private baths. more

You can not go wrong regardless of which room you take . The breakfast was the biggest suprise for the quality , quanity ,presentation and choice . It was a most enjoyable stay . more

Thiis is the perfect B&B, which starts with pristine clean rooms, great mattresses and quilts, and the hot breakfastes are absolutely deliciious, with choices for finicky eaters. We had such a wonderful time at the Delaware Inn. We stayed for two nights in room 7, and it was perfect. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. This is the second year my husband and I have spent my birthday at Delaware Inn. The rooms (especially #4) are lovely, the breakfasts are to die for, and you are always made to feel at home. We really love the inn and will return for my next birthday! more
