My partner and I stayed at this Inn once before and loved it so much we had to return. The recreation room in the basement is absolutely beautiful and breakfast in the morning is all you need to start the day. Our room was somewhat questionable, with the King size bed stained from something (sheets and comforter), yuk. With the... More

My partner and I along with our two dachshunds stayed at the Canalside Inn June 28th through July 5th. We stayed on the first floor the end room next to the outdoor shower. (super shower) We really enjoyed using the outdoor shower after coming back from the beach, and long bike rides that we did. From the moment that we... More

We booked a weeklong stay at the Canalside Inn for the week of the 4th of July. After looking at pictures online of the beautifully decorated rooms and reading "the Canalside Inn, a casual and contemporary boutique-style Inn, stands out as a cut above the ordinary. Sophistication, style, and affordability define the Canalside Inn," we decided to give it a... More

I stayed at this place recently and thought it was great. Very clean, very conveniently located (easy walk to shops and restaurants in the dowtown area but I think too far to walk to the beach comfortably so we drove), nicely decorated and sized rooms, parking right there, out of the mix enough to be quiet and peaceful, and other... It's like staying at a small hotel designed by Ikea or Crate and Barrel! The room decor is modern, but warm. The downstairs gathering room has 2 LCD TVs, and is a great place to meet others, or just to sit and read. Nice pool and hot tub. My favorite place to stay in Rehoboth Beach.

My husband and I chose to stay at this inn based on TripAdvisor reviews, and we were not disappointed. Highlights: 1. Rate: We paid $140 for our room, which we felt was a fair price for a nice room in a hot beach town on Memorial Day weekend. 2. Room/linens: The room (poolside queen) was small but well-appointed, with nice... More

In a nutshell, the Inn is nice, the great room for coffee and TV and internet is very nice. The Inn was very clean and well appointed, However, We did not receive any maid service for our stay. We ended up making our own beds and cleaning up the coffee mugs and taking them downstairs. Given that the season is... More

We just returned from a 2-night stay at the Canalside Inn. I'm so glad we chose to stay there. We were greeted by the owner, Steve. He was quite friendly and quickly showed us around. The lounge located downstairs was quite impressive. You will find internet access and two large televisions. It's beautifully decorated. I was shocked when he told... More

My husband and I just returned from a weekend getaway @ the Canalside Inn. When we pulled up we were surprised to find that the inn is across from the canal, not directly on it. But we decided to check-in and see the room. I am so glad we stayed. Our room was wonderful with a shared seating area outside,... More

A small, tastefully appointed, Inn on a very quiet side street looking across to walking trail, next to the canal. Between the pleasant front porch and our balcony with Adirondack chairs for reading, Canalside Inn stood out. Terrycloth bathrobes, wine and highball glasses, even better quality soaps, shampoos and towels showed the owners' wish to pamper the customer. Meticulously clean,... More
