We made our room reservations for May in March 2009 and continually checked TripAdvisor between March and May. Imagine our disappointment when we read the poor reviews. The rooms are dirty. The staff are actively rude, up to and including: ignoring customers, snapping at customers, and threatening to call the police on customers for being in function space THEY PAID FOR.
