We frequently stay at Marriott properties for both business and personal travel. This trip was a combination of both but more personal due to the July 4 weekend. Check-in was quick and easy. It was interesting that we had to sign a "No Noise Policy" but more on that later. Our suite was upstairs-there is no elevator since there are... more

My sister lives nearby, and we sometimes stay at a Marriott when we visit. This was the first time my wife and I chose the Residence Inn. They offered a great rate. We found the property and the room spotless clean, including the kitchen. The beds may be new and were oh-so comfortable. We enjoyed the fresh, hot comp breakfast.... more

My husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn for three nights. The rooms are clean, roomy, and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly families and business travelers. The internet works very well, the complimentary breakfast is pretty good, and the workers at the front desk are very friendly. I stay at this hotel whenever I come... more

I was asked to consult for a local company and was referred to this hotel since I was staying for approx. 2 weeks. The front desk staff was very courteous, yet the general manager of the hotel was there upon check in. He was not as nice as the woman who works the desk quite often. Betty was her name... more

This hotel is a nice hotel. I travel most of the year and stay at many hotels. This hotel is a pretty nice hotel. The staff is probably the best feature here. They are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable, which is a plus since alot of hotels seem to make the... more

I am a platinum Marriott member and have 81 stays this year, mostly Residence Inns, across the country with my 2 dogs. This was by far the lease pet-friendly of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The female desk person was actually hostile and sarcastic to me and I could not believe how badly I was treated -- for simply... more

My husband and I stayed here for a total of 6 days/5 nights through Christmas. It was very delightful and quiet (suppose Christmas time isn't very busy for them). Our suite was #311, across from the gatehouse. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. A young man named O.J. was especially helpful and responsive to our inquiries during our stay.... more

i'm glad we got the top floor, i would have hated being below with the noise we created just walking around. the floor actually sagged in two spots near and in the kitchen, the king bed was big and the room it was in was okay, but the bed its self was hard, my wife described it as the "table".... more

The Residence Inn is a group of about 15 two-floor buildings with 4-5 suites per building, all with a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and electric stove and oven. I was in a studio and then a 1 bedroom. Both are about the same size and have a king size bed, sofa bed, integrated and standalone desks. The 1... more

Aug 21, 2007 | Trip type: Family

We reserved two duplex rooms from August 17-19th for our extended family to stay while attending a wedding in the area. Rooms 1222 and 1224 to be exact. Room 1224 was fine when first entered, however the bed sheets for 1222, while professionally made, smelled and looked as if they were not laundered after the previous occupants. Room 1222 in... more
