We stayed here Oct. 31st. for one night. We were in town for a wedding. The rooms were clean, renovated in the last year or so. No frills. The comp. breakfast is nice, but not user friendly. Very basic, but does have a waffle maker. No complaints, but would probably stay somewhere else next time. Front desk staff was less... more

I typically stay at Marriott Properties on my frequent trips to Newark. We booked this last minute because there were no other rooms available in Newark due to UDEL Family Weekend. The rate was $59, including breakfast! That made me real nervous. I read other Trip Advisor reviews so I knew more or less what I was getting. The negative... more

Paid an unexpected visit to our daughter at UDel and after a long day and a quick internet search (on TripAdvisor) for the best hotel under $100, this came up at the top of the list. I booked the room and came right over. This is a typical, dated hotel. Check-in was fine. Usually I ask to see a room... more

It's only in Delaware where you can get a room with a free breakfast for around $50. Its very equipped for a Ramada, with a bar, restaurant, and pool open in the summer. Fitness center is a bit of a joke with 1 treadmill and 1 multi-use machine but the equipment works. There's a computer with a printer for public... more

The front desk staff members were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and convenient. The Breakfast was awful. The coffee was weak. Surprisingly, it continued to run out but that was because the only about 12 cups were added to a 50 cup urn. We watched a hotel worker make waffles... more

I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed at this hotel. I liked the layout of the lobby area. The restaurant looked inviting, though I didn't eat there. The location was very close to I-95 and a small shopping center. The fitness room was small but had some good machine selection. The breakfast was good (though I wish they would dispense... more

Stayed here one weekend for a trip to Longwood Gardens. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent; perhaps the best I've ever seen in a hotel/motel. Lots of choices and everything was well stocked. The eating area was also spacious and clean. My only complaints are when we first checked in, we asked... more

We are part of a travel baseball team so we like hotels that are a great value with a pool and free food. This Ramada Newark fits the bill. We got a group rate of $59 and it has a pool, good laundry, and pretty good free breakfast. The pool and lawn area are in the middle with the hotel... more

First of all, I would like to say that this hotel has excellent personnel working here. Every morning they are very pleasant and always hard at work to accomodate guests. The continental breakfast was enjoyable and you even get to make your own waffles. The hotel is in a great location and has a shopping center close by equipped with... more

We booked the Ramada in Newark because nearly every hotel between Rehoboth Beach and Milford, DE was full. Turned out that we were there during a NASCAR weekend. The Ramada served our needs well. It was clear that it had recently been refurbished. Rooms were clean, and I didn't notice any strange odors as other reviewers have mentioned. The woman... more
