Our company works in Delaware twice a year and this is our first experience with the Ramada Newark. So far so good the place is nicer than others that we've stayed at and the staff was very nice at check in including Mike.

My credit card was charged over a $100.00 dollars above my check out bill from Ramada Inn and here it is two days later and Ramada Inn still has not corrected the charges to my credit card.

The air conditioner in the room was noisy and didn't work right. The breakfast was average at best with the same items served daily.

We have stayed here several times and are thoroughly pleased with everything! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice and the cleaning staff did everything possible to make sure we had the things we needed!

Just spent a few days at this Ramada Inn and I must first compliment the hardworking, friendly staff. The staff, however, could not make up for the condition of this property.
