I was very disappointed staying at this hotel. I should have taken pictures but, neglected to do so. There was BLACK mold all the way around the door in the shower! The beds are like sleeping on a rock. My first impression was not very good. There was what looked like a homeless man hanging out right in the lobby.... More

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were happy to be back. The rooms were clean and provided all the necessary facilities we needed after a long busy day. It was great to have a fitness centre and 24 hr tea and coffee. This time we were introduced to a nice ice cream place that university students make just a... More

I have stayed in some places that we're not up to standard before, but this place takes the prize for being a DUMP! The toiletries were half used; the floor in our room had not been vacuumed. In fact, judging by the floors in the lobby as well as the floors in the elevator, this place does not own a... More

What a GEM! Totally amazing staff and the upkeep of the room presently surprised me considering this is a hotel I have never heard of! I am sooooo thrilled I decided to go off route and stay at Nuevo. The name drew me in but the staff will keep me coming back. I told the manager I was heading south... More

For a one night stay and only paying 45.00..Nuevo Inn definitely did not disappoint. The staff was overly friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. I don't know why other reviewers had such a bad time. I stayed at the Sheraton the next night and for over 200.00 the Nuevo had better service and an overall better room. The... More

After an unexpected "night out" presented itself, and we wanted to make that hour drive to Newark to see a band we like play at a place down on main street, we figured it wise to book a place to stay in the area - not wanting to have to drive an hour home after being out all night. Most... More

From previous reviews and photos I thought this place would be unacceptable - but it was not! The place was a bit run down (though there were signs at the front desk announcing a remodeling) and some of the hallways smelled of smoke. The breakfast was only ok and the breakfast room was small. But I felt that the room... More

I'd only stay here for a UD Homecoming or Alumni event. I would absolutely never stay here as an actual tourist/visitor to UD. The bedspread is like sandpaper. I needed to wear flip flops in the shower for fear of getting some sort of disease. Smells like smoke/weed. No thank you.

This was our second stay here after some time and unfortunately the low price is still an indicator of the poor condition of the property, despite the new name. Floors and walls are dingy and stained. The bathroom floor had hair on it when we checked in. The morning continental breakfast is very spartan. Heavily watered down juices, an instant... More
