My young son and I were sent to the Blakehurst Motor Inn for emergency housing, I was greeted by a bad smell the second I managed to un-jam the door open with my shoulder and enter the room. Upon arriving, I wanted a shower, but it wasn't possible, broken tiles everywhere, mould, broken soap dispensers. Sink and bench both with... More

I felt like I was in a horror film hence the title no vacancy... Windows screens broken and room did not feel secure, dirty, smelly and stains everywhere. I paid 110.00 per night and expected a decent room with the least amenities. What I got was a stained couch and unclean surfaces broken lights and dirty bathroom sink. The whole... More

I should have went by my gut instinct when I saw a sign at the reception desk says no cancellations or refunds. Went to the room, air con doesn't work. The state the room that was in, I didn't touch one thing. Dust everywhere, holes in bed linen, very very run down. Walked straight back out. Felt so dirty afterwards.

If compare to the price, you can't say much about this place. But in the end of the day the place itself is bad, like really bad. Broken door, broken light, tv not working, no kettle, can't get extra pillow. Is just unacceptable. Wanna stay here? I'm begging you please put this place as your very last last last and... More

So we've travelled SE Asia and stayed in $8 a night hostels - all of which were far better than this place!! It's so bad that it ends up being funny!! Think of the movie trainspotting and that's similar to what you'll find here - run down, old motel in amazingly awful state of disrepair. The bathroom door in my... More
