My husband and I loved Grastone Inn. The manager, Tony was wonderful and he really added to the enjoment of our stay. He was accomodating with our questions and he sure does make one heck of a breakfast. The location of Graystone was perfect for us. It was far away enough from the beaches to be quiet yet close enough... More

Great rooms. . . our favorite was our second one. . . Betty B was confused, but so what. . . Yummy food, especially the sweet potato with goat cheese. . . Tony was the greatest!

Beautiful home, quiet and peaceful. One gentleman ran the B&B himself, cooked, cleaned and was very personable. The perfect location just outside of Rehobeth Beach. Mitessers

This place was terrible!! I am sorry to say, I was very disappointed. I would strongly suggest they replace the missing/burned out light bulbs in the room. It was so dark in our room at night we couldn’t even read a book. My guess is none of the rooms had adequate lighting. We arrived within the time period directed on... More

Unfortunately we are not always able to personally able to great our guests. This is why we have a punch code keyless entry system on the property and guests are given the code with their confirmation letter. If we are not personally able to great a guest we leave a letter on the entry way table with their name and... More

I was a bit surprised by this bed & breakfast. Af first my husband and I were thrilled to to stay at the Inn because the room we had booked apppeared to be interesting, and when I spoke to the owner prior to reserving the room, he seemed very friendly and welcoming, therefore we decided to spend 4 days there,... We understand that B&Bs are not for everyone. We are able to keep our rates lower by including a continental breakfast and charging a bit more for a full breakfast. We found many people just come for the beach and leave early in the morning and do not always want breakfast, this way we have been able to keep our... More

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The innkeeper was very nice and let us know that if we needed anything during our stay, we could just ask. The b&b was decorated very nicely. Loved the mural on the wall leading up to the bedrooms. A couple of things on the down side. The place needs to be dusted weekly. Some... More

Unfortunately with all of the recent rain and being in the country with New Subdivisions popping up seemingly daily, the dusting and fight with ants is sometimes a seemingly endless cycle, but we do our best. I'm glad you enjoyed the Inn and we hope to see you again as we are always looking for ways to improve and it's... More

The Graystone Inn was perfect for what our travel needs were - quiet, comfortable and quaint. A welcome letter awaited our arrival, providing every insight we needed, and Tony was exactly as promised - there if you needed him and responsible for the delicious breakfasts (the scones I think are going down into Lewes legend) but otherwise inobtrusive. The beaches... More

Ended up needed to travel one day early, and while scrambling to book yet another night in a chain hotel, I ran onto the Graystone Inn B&B. Looked nice from the website and booked while I was en route - received stellar service and accommodations. What started out to be an expected pain of an unanticipated travel day, turned into... My husband, 1-year old and I had a great first-time stay in a B&B... Graystone Inn was a nice change of scenery while enjoying our weekend getaway to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches versus the usual "hotel/motel" high-priced stay on Hwy 1. A quick 10-minute drive to/from beaches, clean rooms, easy parking, comfortable and affordable. Innkeeper, Tony, was awesome and provided... More

We barely had ANY interaction with the Innkeeper during our entire stay. I actually only saw him once while we were there. Not once did we ever hear, "let us know if you need anything or if there is anything we can do for you." The place was definitely over-priced and there were NO amenities provided whatsoever. Overall, not a... More

I am the manager of this property and I remember this guest, because out of e full house they are the only guests that I never saw after check-in. I personally live on property and even have the phone for the property directed directly to my mobile phone. We provide a full breakfast each morning, and while I saw all... More
