Recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over a weekend. We were pleasantly surprised our room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. Decent breakfast buffet, serving HOT food. Indoor pool, whirlpool, and outdoor fireplace to wind down after a busy day. We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again! more

Residence Inn is my my favourite hotel chain - The one in Dover is new - rooms are very nice and very clean the buffet breakfast is good and staff is absolutely very professional - I forgot in the room my international plug converter I come back back a few days later to check if they found it..they didn't ....but... more

Good for the first 4 days but if you stay longer, you realize house keeping just throw you trash, change towels and make your bed they do not actually clean your room. Room get extremely dusty and house keeping do not dust until you check out of room or vacum, or mop. Good breakfast but the choices do not change.... more

Our spacious studio-style suite was functional and attractively decorated. Housekeeping throughout the property was flawless. Service was friendly and efficient. The full buffet breakfast included in the very reasonable rate had choices to meet the needs of all, including those on special diets. I was so impressed with the people who work at this hotel. They were ALL so nice and always smiling, from the cleaning crew to the front desk. I attribute all this to the delightful manager, April. She couldn't do enough for you and she had a great rapport with her employees. As everyone knows grumpy employees can ruin everything.... more

We had driven from Southern Shores, NC. The previous year we stayed at the Hampton Inn. We walked in and were greeted by a very nice clerk. they only had a studio suite left so we took it.
