I'm staying here during Lebaran Holidays (still staying here while I'm writing this review). First disappointment when I saw the old and torn 'love seater'. The room is smelly and need 2 hours just for asking a floor mat. The Aircon is not working well until we called the maintenance and they refill the outer machine with something. The breakfast... I stayed here for business trip. Located around two hours from Jakarta. It has good location on the beach side. This is the biggest hotel and I think it could be the one and only international chain hotel in this area. But, the quality is very different with my expectation. The room was dirty. No drinking water in the room.... More

The hotel is dirty and badly need a face lift. Everywhere you go the only sight you will be seeing is dirt and old need replacement furnitures. There is obvious crack on my bathroom sink, mold and disgusting looking bathroom curtain. The management doesn't have the willingness to renovate the hotel even though I am sure they earn enough income... More
