“great value for the off season”

stayed here wed/ thur and departed friday . its not a 4 star hotel. What you get is a basic place to lay your head. The beds were comfortable, comforter and sheets really should be replaced the same with the towels. Poor internet connection at its best. “Nice place”

We stayed here one night on our way to Ocean City. Great location, only a short drive to Rehobeth Beach. Prices were great. We could see the bay from our balcony. The rooms were nice and clean. quiet even though pets were allowed, we never heard any dogs barking. Would definately stay here again.

“Great Location Good Value”

Okay, heres the deal Sea Esta III is in a great location.....next to Rudder and a block from beach. Dated Rooms yes but clean and how much time do you spend in room at beach. Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth stops a 100great yrds from Motel. Good Value..ask about 4 pm checkout for $25 extra.

“Excellent pet friendly experience.”

We just stayed at Sea Esta III and loved it. The king room was spacious and very clean when we arrived. This is a great place for a reasonable price. It was a great trip and our two small dogs enjoyed it as well. We'll be back next year.

“Great stay”

Nice place for the money. Clean and nice staff. If you are looking for Flat screen tvs, and delux acomidations, this is not for you! For those who want a nice week with the family at an afordible cost, this is an ideal location! We would not think twice about staying here again!!

Its a great hotel to stay in Dewey. Clean, safe, and great location. Would definitely stay again. If you are looking for luxury 4 stars etc. stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Rt. 1 in Rehoboth.

We're always pleased to find clean, pet friendly motels. The Sea Esta group seems to fit the bill. In the off-season they have very little (or no) staff at Sea Esta III... but Syndee (a reservations manager?) was very helpful.

We went for a three day weekend in September. The motel is old but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Almost everyone there had dogs with them so if you are not a dog lover maybe you should consider somewhere else.
