We love Sea Colony. They have both high rises on the Beach and bigger condo/duplexes/houses across Rt. 1. We have stayed in 8 units in 8 years and for the last 6 years in buildings up and down the beach from Annapolis (at the north end) down to Island (at the south end) - 9 high rise condo buildings alphabetically... I've visited this resort twice in the past couple years, and both times I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The condos are large, with a great view of the ocean. The Pools are nice, although a little small. The beach is quiet, but both times I was there the ocean was very cold (despite the hot weather). Its in a nice... More

I agree with the stevesreviews. we also stayed in the beachfront condos. it was our first time there. The cleanliness was below standard. Had to wipe down the bathroom walls and the shower/tub surround was caked with soap. Dust bunnies found in the bedrooms and main living room. The pool areas were well maintained.

If you want a condo near the beach with tennis, biking and walking easily available this is the place for you. There are plenty of good restaurants around, mini golfing and water parks for kids as well as outlet shopping for the family. This is a very easy family vacation. The resort could use a face lift and the new... More

We have been renting at Sea Colony for ~10 years now and like the atmosphere the area provides. We typically rent in the beachfront condos and take some time to read reviews, youtube for videos of the units to see what we are getting. This is important. The good - I like the new management that Wyndham has provided -... More

I'm as surprised as you are that I'm giving this apartment 4 stars. It got upped this high because the view and location made for an extremely pleasant and relaxing vacation. We were in a building that was close to Edgewater (which has the main facilities and heated pool), walking distance to tennis courts at Annapolis, but our building had... More

We went two years In a row and wow what a difference a summer makes. The first summer we shared a house and it was beautiful, the second summer we stayed in the high rises on the beach. Omg, it was disgusting, we traveled 8 hours to get to a small dingy, old, rusty, ugly apt that had a tiny... More

We rented for two weeks and the place was borderline unhealthy. Nothing about the place was acceptable for decent living accommodation for a family. The carpet was so worn it felt like paper. The bathrooms were disgusting. It was evident the owners have not put a penny into maintenance and Sea Colony should not be associated with owner that do... More

Stayed with my parents for a few days at Sea Colony. They have been going there since the mid 1970's and I always stay a few days with them. Sea Colony has progressively gotten worse and worse with all the dont's, the constant questioning by staff about ID's, they sold the guest spots for parking to people in the tennis... More

My family stayed in the Georgetowne building right along the beach. All of the buildings seem to pretty much look a like so I do not know what the difference are. We had several different condo's so the views and furniture were nicer is some than others. The Sea Colony itself was great. Lots to schedule events (sand castle building,... More
