Everyhing was fine except for the running toilet which was promised to be fixed and never was. The room was nice and the staff tried to help us with the running toilet but the reapirman led the staff to believe he had fixed the problem when he never did come to our room to take care of he problem.

This is not a luxury hotel but it's clean, staff exceptionally gracious, breakfast adequate, fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles,bagel, plenty of coffee. If you need a place to sleep before or after a flight from Bradley airport, this is a good option. I used booking.com and it was went perfectly.

We had a very pleasant stay, one night at the begining of our holiday and two at the end, before catching our plane back to England. We found the rooms to be clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, the lady at the reception desk was lovely. If the occasion arose we would stay there again. Thank you.

We travel a lot and booked this hotel just for one night to catch a morning flight, but we were pleasantly surprised with the friendly thorough service for a budget chain hotel. The service was more 4 star and the facilities were what we expected; clean and adequate.
