I was in Hartford for the largest convention the city has ever hosted. So, lots of folks staying in this hotel. Yet, for all the stress they must have felt, the staff was great. They were attentive to our needs, always cheerful and friendly, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good. I was impressed with the service, cleanliness, everything! more
