I'm not sure what all the fuss is over this property as it is your standard airport hotel. The beds were not overly comfortable and the breakfast was so-so. Such a bargain compared to the Sheraton which is right at Bradley Airport and almost twice the price for our rate in Sept. Comfort Suites is only a short shuttle ride off site. We had a nice stay at this hotel, using the park& fly package which was very accomodating. The price was very reasonable and the staff at the front desk was pleasant. The room was clean and roomy. Upon returning from our vacation our car was parked where they said it should be ,ready and waiting for us. Great service. more

The Comfort Suites Bradley Airport is wonderful. Right across from the airport, but no noise from the planes. Beautiful hotel inside & out. Looks brand new. Staff (including housekeeping) always greeted me with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous: scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice & coffee. Everything was fine. Rooms equipped with a nicely sized refrigerator and microwave. The pool is small but adequate. Breakfast was monitored by an efficient staff member. Very good value. Recommended. I would stay there anytime. more
