Let's get this out up front: I HATE casinos. To my mind, they are the most depressing places on earth that don't have wardens and bars on the doors. Even worse than cancer wards - at least the folks in cancer wards aren't in denial about their illness, like gamblers are. And I particularly hate THIS casino. Being on sovereign... More

it makes absolutely no sense....such a waste of time and money...there's nothing logical about spending hundreds of dollars for a stay/play/shop/dine at Mohegan sun....but....here we are....an escape...it's part of the make believe world...nothing to do with real life...bottom line.....it's fun....and exciting at the same time...we have never had a bad stay over the last 6 years we've been coming down...have... Great casino to play video poker. 9/6 jacks or better available on the floor and at several bars. Hated the new slot machines...have to search for the old ones...still some left. Great rib eye steak at Michael Jordan's sports bar.

Stayed here in October with a tour group. A beautiful hotel and casino. Loved the indoor shopping mall. The room itself was very nice, very clean and beautiful furnished. The bed was very comfortable but very tall. I am only 5'3" and it seems like it was raised for 6' tall people. Not a big problem though. There was an... More

My husband and I stayed one night at Mohegan Sun and one night at Foxwoods at the end of February. We were looking for an opportunity to forget about the terrible winter we've been having. I think our only complaint at the Mohegan was the smell of smoke, covered up by an air freshener. I think if we would have... More

We visited Mohegan in order to see Justin Timberlake in concert. They way over priced the hotel rooms that night which I think is totally unfair to the concert go-ers. The hotel is very nice but they charge way too much for a Saturday night. Especially considering you're going to spend money while you're there - whether it be at... More

From the moment you drop off the car to the valet; to the best in class service at reception; the fresh smell and well kept casino; Mohegan offers a true gamblers paradise only 90 minutes away from metro NYC. Staff is very friendly, plenty of choices for food, and the casino has fabulous non smoking section as well as great... More

Visited the Mohegan Sun to attend a Bellator MMA event. What a spacious beautiful place. We are dinner at Bobby Flay's restaurant. Dinner was unbelievable, but pricey. No problem, there are restaurants at any price point. If you eat at Bobby Flay's, try the deviled eggs appetizer with shrimp. So unique and tasty. Arena seats 8,000 and was large but... More

Had the opportunity to stay at Mohegan Sun due to the 80's Awesome Weekend. Great stay as I had a high floor in the 30's. Wasn't anything wrong with my stay. Room was just right, and adequate heating (it was unexpected cold weekend). Was able to gamble a bit on the floor. Ate at a few of the restaurants like... More
