It probably should have been a tip off that the elevator inspection certificate was expired by several months. One elevator was just not working at all that weekend. The other elevator got stuck for 4-5 minutes while I was inside of it - doors just closed, never moved and eventually the doors opened again. Later on that weekend, elevator car... More

The elevator inspection certificate had expired at the end of March, 2014, as other reviewers have mentioned. We stayed at the beginning of August 2014 and the one elevator that worked (the other never worked and was closed off the whole time) was giving clear signs that it was not in good repair. It stopped for several moments with people... More

This place is pretty bad. It is directly across the street from a methadone clinic. There are shady characters coming and going all morning when its open. The check in was easy but set the tone for our stay: noone that works here cares about doing a good job. The rooms were stinky and dirty. There were no extra outlets... More

I usually wait until my stay is over before rating it but! This place is a dump! The hotel is beyond run down ... We checked in to the hotel but didn't go immediately to our room. A few hours later we returned and went to our room. It was disgusting! The room smelled like mold and there were no... More

So, it's really hard from me to pick my number one "favorite" part of this hotel from such an extensive selection. If I could insert a sarcastic tone in text, that last sentence would be rife with it. Let me begin with my reasoning for selecting this Hotel-That-Must-Not-Be-Named (Harry Potter reference). During my road trip, I wanted a place where... More

We should have know what we were in store for when we checked in, the employee gave us the room number and keys for another guest who was still renting that room. When we came back to the desk to let her know, she just laughed and assigned us a room on a different floor. This hotel is extremely dated... More

This hotel met its purpose for us - a cheap hotel near the freeway to pull into at midnight, sleep, and leave the next morning. That said, it was one of the least nice hotels that we used for this purpose on this trip. It's dated and depressing and feels like walking into a semi-abandoned retirement home. The hallways are... To start this hotel is located very near the highway so it's very convenient because of the accessibility. The staff in the front desk, breakfast area and room cleaning were very nice and helpful, and even the manager Karen (which I see here that many complain about her) was nice to us, and I can see she has a big... I have stayed in 5 star 4 star 3 star hotels however attending a conference I had no choice but to stay here. It is a typical 2.5 star hotel The staff were nice and the rooms were as I said typical 2.5 star. My room didn't have a sofa in it rather there were two chairs. My computer chair... More
