My husband and I spent two nights at the Simsbury and were very pleased. We weren't part of the two or three wedding parties staying there--but we enjoyed it anyway. The management gave us a quiet room; the breakfast, while a bit slow one of the mornings, was excellent; and the shuttle to the airport was much appreciated and quite... More

The Simsbury Inn was an incredibly magical location for a winter evening wedding reception. The twinkle of white lights in the dining room echoed by the light in the snow. Fabulous food and service and probably one of the most beautiful wedding cakes I've ever seen. It was a sin to cut it. I highly recommend this very romantic spot.

I have stayed at The Simsbury Inn a few times over the past few years and I have consistently experienced the best level of service and hospitality. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. The overnight rooms are amazingly clean and tastefully decorated. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The food is AMAZING. I would recommend staying at... More

We were in Simsbury for a wedding last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms themselves were nicely sized with very comfortable King sized beds and bedding. The entire feel is charming but the bathrooms could use some updating; the wallpaper is starting to peel and the fixtures are starting to tarnish. The hotel even has a washer/dryer with... More

While visiting friends in Simsbury, we were so pleased to find this Inn that had a lovely decor and rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little dated, but the friendliness of the staff and charming atmosphere more than made up for it. There was even a complimentary lovely breakfast in the morning - excellent!

Staff completely ignores you like you don't exist. Had several friends and family fill a block of rooms after a wedding and they could care less. We were treated like trash there by everyone including night management and staff. They closed the bar in the middle of the post wedding celebration early and called the police just to make sure... I have stayed at The Simsbury Inn a few time over the past couple of years. The staff is awesome! They answered all of my questions over the phone that when I came to stay everything went perfectly. The property is also gorgeous (I attended a wedding there)! I would highly recommend The Simsbury Inn to anyone staying in the... More

I loved the patio, the silence, the tea / coffee and fruit on demand, and the overall charm of the place. The pool is 5-yard too short for a decent swim unfortunately and the gym is really dated. But the hotel is right across a beautiful running path, so why use the gym / pool, except in winter months... The... More

The grounds are beautiful as you arrive to the Inn. Unfortunately it was a rainy day or sitting outside on the patio of the bar area would have been a nice treat. It is a park like setting of a main road. I only stayed one night as I was attending a concert at The Simsbury Meadows and it was... More

We stayed for two nights while visiting friends locally. The staff are really excellent and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were unusually worth an immersion, and the free laundry on the second floor was an unexpected treat. The trip was a long one and we try to travel light so being able to get everything washed conveniently and at no... More
